幼儿园教师观察能力提升策略——基于课程游戏化背景

江苏省推行课程游戏化项目已四年有余，“观察”在其中扮演重要的推动角色。随着项目的全面开展实施，幼儿园教师的观察能力有了明显变化，但其中仍然存在一些“不够科学”的现象。基于此，教师应养成制定观察计划的习惯，提高获取有用信息的能力以及增强观察记录的实效性，从而深化推进课程游戏化建设。     

基于德育的大学生学业辅导体系的构建

当代大学生是社会进步的重要推手，其能否树立正确的价值理念，关系到我国社会主义道路的发展进程。基于德育的大学生学业辅导体系，有助于培养具有社会主义理想的有为青年。分析了构建德育化大学生学业辅导体系的内涵，阐述了体系构建中存在的主要问题，并提出了具体的改进建议。     

‘It didn’t come up on my radar’: an examination of students’ orientation toward disability justice in the US

Abstract

While social justice is a well-recognized concept, it is less frequently examined through the lens of disability. In order to address existing gaps within social justice education, this qualitative case study investigates how participation in a semester-long Introduction to Disability Studies (IDS) course affected students’ orientation toward disability justice, or the conception of disability as an issue of social justice. The framework underpinning this research merges Cipolle’s theory of critical consciousness development with disability-based constructs. Findings reveal that participation in IDS allowed participants to develop an awareness of their ability privilege, understand the experiences of peers with disabilities, increase their social awareness of disability, and consider their work as disability allies. This article concludes with recommendations for social justice educators who are interested in applying disability justice practices.     

Attitude strength moderates adverse effects to questionnaire design

ABSTRACT

The presentation and visual design of the “don’t know” category in rating scales on respondents’ behavior may have ambivalent effects. The hypothesis is that attitude strength toward the topic influences the respondents’ sensitivity to the graphical design of the scale. A paper-and-pencil questionnaire conducted among 307 German university students contained an experimental variation of the presentation of a “don’t know” category and its visual design. A multinomial logistic regression shows that presenting a “don’t know” category drives respondents toward extreme categories. The visual design of the “don’t know” category influences the distribution of responses, all the more that the respondents’ attitudes toward the item topic are weak.     

Racial witnessing and the formation of los conscientes – race critical preservice teachers

This article introduces the concept of racial witnessing – i.e. defining moments where an individual experiences a strong event in which they (or someone they care deeply about) were racialized, Othered, and/or treated differently (usually negatively) because of their racial group, racial affiliation, etc. It is these moments of racial witnessing that are pivotal in the development of los conscientes. These were the more critical-minded preservice teachers who demonstrated a greater understanding regarding race and racism and the impacts it has on the educational system and human lives. This article argues that it is not a specific variable and/or experience (such as those gained in field experiences) that creates race consciousness among preservice teachers. It is the accumulation of racial witnessing events that allow for a deeper understanding of how race dictates lives.     

历史城区自行车绿道系统规划与设计的实证研究

为提升历史城区的绿道品质，优化非机动车出行环境，对自行车绿道系统的规划与设计方法进行了实证研究。根据自行车绿道系统的特性，按照空间形态特性将历史城区的自行车绿道系统分为单元、廊道及节点等3类要素，通过自组织映射图模型、最短路算法、旅行推销员算法及自行车路阻函数等，在地理信息系统上建立了基于赋权系数的自行车绿道系统规划方法，并应用所提出的方法对西安市主城区自行车绿道系统进行实证研究。研究结果表明，西安可以构建成包括22条骑行廊道、总长度142.6 km的自行车绿道网络，证明提出的方法能建立适用于历史城区出行特性的自行车绿道系统。     

基于SECI模型的实习教师隐性知识显性化探究

实习教师隐性知识显性化能有效促进实习教师个体教学经验的积累和理论知识的增长，增加教育实习的价值。当下，我国学者对教师隐性知识的研究对象更多集中于资深教师团体。由于实习教师隐性知识外显化缺少必要的机制与条件，所以学者们往往忽略了对实习教师隐性知识显性化的挖掘。SECI模型指知识转化的四种模式，即社会化、外部化、组合化和内部化。与之相对应的有四种场所，分别是创始场、对话场、系统化场和练习场。在此基础上，提出SECI知识转换扩展模型，并从知识创生的四个不同阶段探究实习教师对SECI模型的应用情况。据此，提出相应的教育实习策略，如建立学习共同体、引导实习教师深入反思教学实践、建立有效的学校ICT环境、形成高效且自主的实习教师授课模式等，以促进隐性知识的共享与应用。

构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,是对未来中国经济发展路径做出的重大战略部署,作为连接国内国际双循环的纽带,双向直接投资的发展战略和路径面临重塑和调整。研究认为,应当以推动新时代科技创新和产业升级为目标,提高双向直接投资的质量,畅通供应链和产业链; 以“一带一路”倡议为依托,通过更高水平的双向投资带动中国与沿线国家贸易水平的提高; 建设高水平自贸区和自贸港,提高对外开放标准,更高质量吸引外资,提升参与国际大循环的技术含量和自主性; 在畅通要素流动领域,建立更加完善的现代化物流体系,建设更高标准的要素流通市场体系,降低制度性交易费用,提高生产率和对高质量外资的吸引能力。     

小学英语教师评价理念和评价话语的相关性研究

评价话语是小学英语教师在形成性评价中落实以人为本、注重过程、促进发展评价理念的一种常见的评价方式。探究小学英语教师评价理念和评价话语的相关性对更新小学英语教师评价理念和提高评价话语的有效性有现实意义和参考价值。调查研究结果表明:小学英语教师对评价理念的把握和落实以及评价话语的使用处于一般水平;评价理念和评价话语在学历、教龄和执教学生人数上存在显著差异;学历、教龄与评价理念和评价话语存在显著的正相关,执教学生人数与评价理念和评价话语存在显著的负相关;学历和教龄对评价理念的把握和落实及评价话语的使用有显著的正向影响,执教学生人数不会对教师评价理念的把握和落实及评价话语的使用产生显著的影响。
